Method

1. First you need to switch off your Huawei P30 Lite
2. Then press and hold volume up and power button together
3. When you'll see Huawei logo on screen leave power button
4. In few seconds you'll get Recovery Options
5. Then Press On Wipe data/factory reset
6. In next screen write YES and then press on Wipe data/factory reset
7. Factory reset will start 
8. In next screen press on reboot system now
9. Done
